Graduated from Taylor’s University with a Diploma in Culinary Arts (a dual diploma from Academie Toulouse’s Baccalaureat Professionnel Restauration), Laric has worked in western restaurants for more than 12 years in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. At the age of 26, he became Head Chef at Royal Commonwealth Society, Malaysia where he also gained exposure to Asian Cuisine. Over the years he has had the opportunity to learn and gain experience from great chefs around Malaysia. He joins Palate Sensations as our Culinary Instructor.
