Ingredients

Thick Yellow Noodle (egg noodle)-400g
Garlic-3cloves (chopped)
Deep fried chicken skin in oil-20g
Prawn-6nos (peeled and deveined)
Fish cake-100g (sliced)
Chicken Fillet-100g (sliced)
Napa cabbage-100g (thinly sliced)
Mustard Spinach-100g (sliced)
Oyster sauce-1/2tbs
Thick Soy Sauce-3tbs
Soy sauce-1tbs
Sugar-1/2tbs
Chicken stock-1 1/2cup
Vegetable oil-2tbs
Salt
White pepper powder
Corn starch-1tbs (1/4cup water)

Method

-Heat up oil in a wok pan then add garlic and oyster sauce. Sauté the garlic till its fragrant

-Add in the chicken stock and wait till it’s boiling then add in the vegetables, prawn, fish cake,chicken fillet, noodle and all the soy sauce. Use a lit and cover it. Boil it in medium heat for 7 minutes then add in sugar, salt and pepper to your likeness.

-In a bowl mix the corn starch with water. Pour it little by little to the pan and quickly mix it to thicken the sauce.
(Note: Too much corn starch will make the sauce gooey)

-Lastly add in the chicken skin and mix it well with other ingredients and off the heat.
